I’m into doing quick 30 day challenges just for the fun of it and seeing if it actually works but I know that BEING HEALTHY is a lifelong pursuit and desire which takes constant work.

You will always have to get constant check-ups at the DOCTORS
Constant cleanings at the DENTIST
At least an hour a day of EXERCISE
Eat Fruits and VEGETABLES
